The property Has been improved and maintained every year. The entire building reflects the pride and commitment of the staff managers and owners. If you like to cook, the kichen is well stocked with pots and pans and the silverware and plates are very nice. Life in Destin is pretty laid back during the off season. Not everything is open as owners take a break from the hectic high season. The beach is very empty and the largest crowds are the people out getting their morning walk for themselves and their dogs. It is definitely a great place for mature snowbirds.

We enjoyed our stay in your home. Destin is a second home to our family and we love staying at Mediterranea. The condo was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed our stay in Mediterranea for the third time. We had different condos each time but all were wonderful. The property is very well maintained and convenient to everything. No complaints at all! The condo was set up for our arrival to be very inviting and even had a beach scene on the tv.

Newman Daily makes the stay more than comfortable. The staff has been super responsive and always friendly. They seem very fond of us Snowbirds and take good care of us. The Destin area before Spring break is definitely geared to Seniors but there is plenty to do. The area restaurants are good and more good places to eat have been added.

My girlfriends and I loved our time in 310D! The proximity to some great restaurants, having the beach right across the street, and a wonderful pool made it perfect. We enjoyed the spaciousness of our condo, the 3 balcony areas, the open concept, and it was a gorgeous space. The only thing missing that we could think of was a tiki bar by the pool.

Love Mediterreanea and this Condo is Tops!

We loved the view from the balcony of this unit. The kitchen equipment was rather sparse -- but we made do. Usually, it would be no problem, but with the pandemic, we didn't go out to eat very much. The brand-new washer was terrific. We spent lots of time in the pool, and at the beach, so we washed a ton of towels. It handled it like a champ. The decor was fresh and everything was spotless upon our arrival.

We've stayed at a few different resorts/condo's in Destin and The Mediterranea has by far been our favorite property. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, retail, etc.. can't be beat. Every unit has a great view of the ocean and pool with easy access to both. Booking with Newman-Dailey was effortless as was the check-in and check-out process. The included beach service was nice as well. We had one small issue with the master shower but once raised with Newman-Dailey together with the property manager they resolved it right away (thank you Sarah)! Unit 310D was great; plenty of space and furnishings for our family of four. We had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Fantastic property, great management team and well appointed condo made for a great summer vacation. We'll be back!

Our stay at Mediterranea 310D was amazing. The building and grounds are immaculate. The unit was super clean, furniture and decor was perfect, and all the necessities were there. The view is beyond description. We sat on the deck each morning for coffee and drinks before dinner and enjoyed seeing the ocean right in front of us and the sunlight sparkling off the pool below. Both bedrooms and living area had the ocean and pool views. It was so relaxing and inviting. The private beach across the street was the cleanest we have seen. This property was above and beyond our expectations. We will hopefully be back.

We LOVED our condo! Unit 310D was lovely, had ocean views from every room, and was immaculate. We had trouble with Wifi and getting the dryer working and the management was RIGHT ON IT. Within minutes they came over and made sure everything was working (it turned out to be user error ;-). I was there with my grandkids and daughter-in-law. We had two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a sofa bed. It was roomy, the sofa bed was super comfortable for the kids, and the beach was easily accessible with just a walk across the street. I didn't swim but my family told me the pool was heated which they counted as a big plus. Thanks for a great time!

Had a wonderful time . The condo was so nicely decorated and CLEAN. Ryan and Dawn helped us with any questions or concerns. They were so good at their jobs,. The app on the iPad helped also. Hope we can return next winter.
